Virtual Assistant (Executive/Ops focus)

Global client hours (GMT-aligned) · Full time

As an Executive & Operations Virtual Assistant, you'll be the right hand to a founder or operator — owning their calendar, inbox, and follow-ups, and keeping projects moving without being asked twice.

What you'll do

  • Manage and triage a busy executive inbox, flagging priorities and drafting responses
  • Own calendar scheduling across time zones, including meeting prep and follow-up notes
  • Coordinate projects across tools (Notion, Asana) — track tasks, deadlines, and owners
  • Conduct research for decisions, travel, vendors, and outreach
  • Maintain CRM hygiene — log interactions, update statuses, and flag stale deals
  • Document recurring processes as SOPs so nothing depends on memory

Requirements

  • Excellent written English
  • Reliable internet (15Mbps+; backup preferred)
  • Laptop: Core i3 or better, 8GB RAM minimum
  • 1+ year in admin, ops, or coordination
