KAZI OUTSOURCING was born from a simple but powerful realization—there is incredible, untapped talent in Kenya, yet many businesses around the world struggle with high hiring costs and limited access to reliable remote teams.
Our founder, George Muchiri, has firsthand experience working in customer support and eCommerce operations, including supporting global businesses through platforms like Amazon. Through this experience, he saw two sides of the same problem:
On one side, companies were overwhelmed—struggling to manage growing customer demands, rising operational costs, and the challenge of scaling efficiently.
On the other side, there were talented, capable professionals in Kenya—skilled, hardworking, and ready to contribute—but lacking access to global opportunities.
