As an eCommerce Sales Associate, you'll drive revenue through pre-sale conversations, cart recovery, and upsells — turning interest into completed orders.
What you'll do
- Respond to pre-sale enquiries via chat, email, and social DMs
- Follow up on abandoned carts with personalised, on-brand messaging
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities at checkout and post-purchase
- Track conversion rates and outreach outcomes against weekly targets
- Maintain accurate notes in the CRM for every lead interaction
- Share recurring objections and buying signals with the marketing team
Requirements
- Customer-first written English
- Prior sales, upselling, or DTC/marketplace experience
- Device and connectivity that meet our baseline
