eCommerce Sales Associate

As an eCommerce Sales Associate, you'll drive revenue through pre-sale conversations, cart recovery, and upsells — turning interest into completed orders.

What you'll do

  • Respond to pre-sale enquiries via chat, email, and social DMs
  • Follow up on abandoned carts with personalised, on-brand messaging
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities at checkout and post-purchase
  • Track conversion rates and outreach outcomes against weekly targets
  • Maintain accurate notes in the CRM for every lead interaction
  • Share recurring objections and buying signals with the marketing team

Requirements

  • Customer-first written English
  • Prior sales, upselling, or DTC/marketplace experience
  • Device and connectivity that meet our baseline
