eCommerce Operations Assistant

As an eCommerce Operations Assistant, you'll keep a Shopify/Amazon store running smoothly day to day — handling orders, listings, and customer-facing details that protect the brand.

What you'll do

  • Process and resolve order exceptions (delays, cancellations, returns)
  • Update product listings — pricing, descriptions, images, and tags
  • Monitor inventory levels and flag low-stock items
  • Apply brand voice guidelines to customer-facing copy and macros
  • Support promotions and campaign setup across the storefront
  • Provide a daily summary of completed tasks and open issues

Requirements

  • Customer-first written English
  • Prior DTC, marketplace, or ops experience
  • Device and connectivity that meet our baseline
