As an eCommerce Operations Assistant, you'll keep a Shopify/Amazon store running smoothly day to day — handling orders, listings, and customer-facing details that protect the brand.
What you'll do
- Process and resolve order exceptions (delays, cancellations, returns)
- Update product listings — pricing, descriptions, images, and tags
- Monitor inventory levels and flag low-stock items
- Apply brand voice guidelines to customer-facing copy and macros
- Support promotions and campaign setup across the storefront
- Provide a daily summary of completed tasks and open issues
Requirements
- Customer-first written English
- Prior DTC, marketplace, or ops experience
- Device and connectivity that meet our baseline
