Data Entry Specialist (CRM & Catalogue)

As a Data Entry Specialist focused on CRM & Catalogue work, you'll keep our clients' systems clean, accurate, and audit-ready — processing high volumes of structured data with zero tolerance for silent errors.

What you'll do

  • Enter, update, and clean records in CRM and spreadsheet systems
  • De-duplicate and standardise contact and account records
  • Maintain product catalogues — pricing, attributes, categories, and images
  • Run QA passes against source documents before marking batches complete
  • Flag exceptions and ambiguous records to your QA lead with context
  • Produce daily output reports: volume processed, exceptions, accuracy rate

Requirements

  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • 15Mbps+ internet · 8GB RAM laptop
  • Experience with Sheets, Excel, or Shopify admin
