Data Entry Specialist (CRM & Catalogue)

As a Data Entry Specialist focused on CRM & Catalogue work, you'll keep our clients' systems clean, accurate, and audit-ready — processing high volumes of structured data with zero tolerance for silent errors.
What you'll do
- Enter, update, and clean records in CRM and spreadsheet systems
- De-duplicate and standardise contact and account records
- Maintain product catalogues — pricing, attributes, categories, and images
- Run QA passes against source documents before marking batches complete
- Flag exceptions and ambiguous records to your QA lead with context
- Produce daily output reports: volume processed, exceptions, accuracy rate
Requirements
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- 15Mbps+ internet · 8GB RAM laptop
- Experience with Sheets, Excel, or Shopify admin
